The 8100 isn't superior to the 1055t, especially considering a first-gen Bulldozer (Zambezi) based chip. If it were an 8300, I'd recommend either option. The 8300 might have some benefits over the 1055t, but that chip alone is decent, making the choice somewhat uncertain. The 8100 clearly underperforms both. Yes, the user seems seeking a different direction now, which is acceptable. Just addressing the original question. A better fit would be an Ivy Bridge (3570K or 3770K) for 1155 if feasible.
