Using your cooler means directing an extra fan toward your FETs, which is a suggestion AsRock might support.

The voltage seems a bit low for stable operation, but temps are okay. I got it working at 4.3 GHz with 1.25V. Should I increase the voltage?

Sparkky1337 :
The voltage was a bit low, but it worked out. I needed 1.44 volts for the FX 6300 to run smoothly at 4.4 GHz. Temperatures were okay. I got stable up to 4.3 GHz with 1.25 volts. Should I try pushing it higher if it stays cool?

I have an FX-6300 paired with a Hyper 212 Evo. I pushed it to 4.6Ghz at 1.2V, then increased it further to 4.8Ghz at 1.5V, which is the safe limit for this CPU. Under load, it maintains stable temperatures between 29 and 37°C and reaches highs of 40 seconds like in GTA V. Core Temp reports a maximum of 46°C.
So you're doing the overclocking well. Make sure to research the process and be comfortable with it.
Also, I'm adjusting my motherboard's multiplier to 1.5V with a 24x boost.
