It doesn't appear to be a cause for concern. CPUTIN reflects the CPU Temperature Index from your motherboard, but it's generally less precise than the detailed temperatures per core. In either case, the readings seem normal to me.

When I was near 4.5GHz it exceeded 70, which prompted me to check. I also reattached my air cooler despite its rough installation; the screws broke, so I used a zip tie instead. This should hold until I replace the cooler.
