I own an Alienware M16 AMD R1 with a Ryzen 9 7945X. All the main components—motherboard, battery, DC charging port, and power cord—were updated within the past two months. The only remaining problem is that after waking from hibernation or sleep, the Windows logo appears, the loading screen spins, it restarts three times, then enters the Windows Recovery, and you can press Continue to boot normally. If I connect it to power during this process, it boots just fine. However, if I power off and perform a clean power-on, issues persist, especially with the battery. I have a clean Windows installation, the BIOS is up to date, and the power cord was replaced. Anyone have suggestions? I’ve begun adjusting the BIOS settings for power states, but others? Any advice?
