Hello, I own a motherboard without an ARGB header and am attempting to link a GPU with an ARGB cable to manage the lighting. This is the situation:

I considered purchasing this unit, which seems straightforward:

The next idea came when I noticed I have a Fractal Design Pop Air case, which includes one ARGB header and a fan control button:

My concern is whether I can attach the GPU ARGB cable to the same header as the fans, allowing me to adjust both fan and GPU colors simultaneously with one button. Could this be done using a splitter?

I also wondered if it’s safe to connect three fans plus the GPU LED to a single ARGB header. Would it be advisable to use a powered ARGB controller?

It doesn't function that way because the ARGB header on your GPU has its own controller. If you intend to follow what was mentioned here;
you risk damaging the controller or the entire GPU. The ARGB header allows connecting ARGB devices, so the card's controller can handle them. The ARGB controller in your case will also manage ARGB devices such as fans or LED strips.
That said, it might be wise to list all your ARGB devices. Also, ARGB and RGB are distinct standards—one works at 5v while the other at 12v.

I made a mistake; it looks like these sets of Nitro+ cards can work with an external ARGB controller.
If your motherboard supports an ARGB header, you could link to it and let the motherboard’s ARGB management software handle both the motherboard and the GPU’s ARGB lighting, as well as any other ARGB devices connected to the board.

Checking the URL you shared about the ARGB hub, I’m worried about this aspect.

I wasn't certain about it when I noticed the 3pin cable in the graphics card accessories. I believed it was necessary to connect it as well. That's why I was looking for a way to connect it properly. If the lights on the graphics card can be managed through Trixx software without needing the cable at all, that would resolve the problem. I plan to test it later today. Thank you!
