I tried to locate the answer within the Windows section. I’m using Windows 10, and whenever I switch tabs or press Control + Alt + Delete while playing on a Source-based Steam game (like Garry's Mod, HL2, L4D, NMRIH, CS, etc.), the screen goes black. There’s no video output on the monitor. The default speed is 59 Hz, but increasing it to 60 Hz fixes the issue. Anyone know why this happens?
