Hello! So what happened was a few days ago, we had to reset our computer because Windows couldn't fix its own problems. We removed the old apps and put in new ones, including Valorant. Most programs work fine, but Valorant is strange—it restarts the whole PC while just trying to open the game itself instead of starting inside one. It worked perfectly before this update, but now we can't get into it at all. We already tried turning off antivirus software and reinstalling Valorant again. The PC isn't too hot, and I even swapped out my graphics card yesterday for no change. Are there any other tricks we could try? Thanks!

Hey, what are all the computer parts like the processor, graphics card, and memory? Also, tell me exactly which brand and model of power supply unit do you have set up.

I have a computer that uses an Intel i3 9100F motherboard. It has 8GB of RAM running at 2400mhz. The graphics card is a new MSI Ventus GTX 1650 GDDR6, which is much newer than my old one, the 750ti. I have three hard drives: one 120GB fast SSD that I use for starting up everything, and two 1TB and 500GB spinning disks for storage. Also, this new graphics card came with a power supply unit that is rated at 300watts instead of the old high-wattage one.

The issue didn't start until I swapped out the graphics card and power supply. That power supply is really just a 400-watt beast, which isn't very powerful or cheap.

it's been happening ever since I swapped out my power supply last week. Before that, even back when I used a really old 700-watt PSU, everything was working well. It's just that the new power supply and graphics card came in yesterday, so now things aren't working as they should.
