Alright, I understand. I'm using an i5 9600k with MSI Z390 Gaming Plus. I've got MSI 2070Super Armor OC, Corsair Vengeance LPX 2133mhz, 16 GB RAM, a 650W Bequiet PurePower 10, Windows 11 (trying to resolve issues), plus a 1TB NVMe M.2 and another 1TB QLC SSD. All drivers are up to date except the BIOS, which I haven't flashed. If you need anything else, just let me know. The GPU workload is split between DWM and Opera—sometimes it's 100% DWM, sometimes 100% Opera, or a mix.

I don’t face any issues with CPU usage. The main reason I’m considering upgrading to Windows 11 was just for testing purposes.
