I received a top-tier system with Ryzen 3700X 4.2GHz, RX 3080, 64GB RAM, 3600MHz, 1TB SSD, and MP600 graphics. When downloading from torrents like IDM or JDownloader or using a browser, speeds range from 40-50MB/s. The system runs on one core initially, then freezes for about 3-4 seconds before slowing to 1-2MB/s to thaw out in 2-3 seconds, repeating. I’m unsure why only one core is used despite having hyperthreading (16 threads mentioned). The image is in Arabic.
