Use the official driver or a tool that performs a sector-by-sector read/write test (such as HDTune) to verify the drive.

Have you checked the other storage device? Make sure the SSD is fully utilized.

I'm certain it's on the SSD/C drive, just like I observed in Task Manager. I'll attempt to verify the HDD next.
