AMD CPU fTPM connection directs your motherboard to forward TPM requests and features to the TPM header, and from what we've discussed, it seems you likely don't have a separate TPM installed.

Check if the AsRock A320M-HD includes this TPM header. If present, compare it to other components such as the graphics card—TPM is typically part of the motherboard, not a separate hardware piece.

It includes a TPM header, yes. No. A standalone TPM module is one of the reasons you don’t need it unless you’re unsure. Think of it as a USB header with extra pins—only connect TPM modules to it.

Yes, you can connect a PCIe TPM to the PCIe slot your modem uses. You generally won’t need any additional components beyond the TPM itself.
