Frustrating NVIDIA software issues

In short, you're dealing with compatibility issues between your current laptop and the drivers. Several fixes have been tried, including registry edits, reinstalling drivers, and even reinstalling Windows, but the problem persists. It seems many users face similar challenges. Use the NVIDIA AutoScan tool on their site to find the most recent drivers for your card. Ten drivers should function without signing, though you may need to extract and install them yourself.

It works with Windows 10 because you've already reinstalled the system. I'd go ahead and install Windows 10 until you find a better graphics card. Windows 11 can be tricky with non-UEFI systems and older hardware. Consider trying the driver first.

Sure, I’ll proceed. I have those imp files that work on Windows 11 and won’t risk losing them or wasting time fixing anything. I’ll give it a shot with the driver and let you know what happens.
