It remains constantly on the screen, pressing del or f2 doesn't help—it just stays in this display. I've tested various power supplies, different RAM, three distinct graphics cards, and multiple M.2 slots. Should I consider using a first-generation CPU? The unusual part is that the motherboard boots into BIOS with the 2700x and the RAM I used. What should I do?
