It’s not wise to suggest replacing parts regularly unless they’re actually faulty. If they’re fine, there’s no point in doing so. No need for extra explanations or videos—just follow the current condition.
I'm okay with the 5-year-old PSU being in good shape today, tomorrow, and the next day, but it's hard to predict what will happen later. That's why I suggest replacing the PSU when it's still possible. I changed my Deepcool De600 V2 PSU three years ago mainly because of the fan noise.
The PSU included with your 2007 PC is still functional despite all other parts being swapped. Remember, a good PSU can last a long time.
It seems like a memory-related concern, but we need more confirmation. Trying different RAM modules might help identify the issue. If the problem persists after changing RAM, it could point to a faulty slot or hardware. Do you have another identical machine available for testing?
All the memory on that device is failed, I don’t have any backups.
The issue here is that HP proprietary power supplies are usually not mass-produced (except in some models). If someone were to purchase a replacement, they’d most likely be buying a used unit, as these aren’t produced in large quantities anymore. I’d suggest testing and diagnosing the unit first before buying outright, since many of these PSUs aren’t widely available and may take weeks to ship from another country. I’ve noticed your recent posts often recommend purchasing new parts immediately without any troubleshooting, which can actually be counterproductive.
