I was testing my controller on the front USB port by accident. I noticed the red blinking lights, but after connecting it to the USB, nothing happened—no power, no sound, and the power buttons didn’t work. All ports failed to connect. I tried restarting my computer and adjusting the power settings, but it didn’t help. Please let me know if you can assist.
The Front USB ports are linked to the motherboard using a cable. Remove the side panel from the case and trace the cable from the front I/O ports to the motherboard. Reattach the cable. In the worst case, the ports might be damaged. You can then install a PCIe card with front I/O USB ports as a replacement.
