Getting 60 fps with XMP enabled is puzzling. I’m unsure what’s happening, but RAM is handling at over 4800. On both low and extreme settings, it’s around 60-65 in the test, but the game feels off—no caps, no control panel changes. Rainbow Six works well at 500+ fps, especially with ray tracing and ultra settings, but crashes right after joining a server. RDR2 runs smoothly at over 90 fps on 4K with all settings, including water effects and max filtering. It seems my PC is struggling with some games but performing well on others.

You're still having trouble figuring it out.

I updated my CPU using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. Each time I power on the PC, I need to adjust the core ratios from 57x to 53x to prevent thermal throttling.
