Hey there! I upgraded from the 1660ti to the 3060. Based on what you said, you're expecting a big jump in performance—around 30% GPU usage at first, dropping below 10% after five minutes and hitting about 150 FPS, which is lower than your previous stable 240 FPS. Your specs look solid: 3700x processor, 16GB RAM, 3200MHz, 750W PSU. If you need more details or have other questions, just let me know. Thanks for the help!
LoL puts less strain on the 1660Ti compared to the 3060, and it operates in various power modes. Because LoL is relatively light, the GPU likely switches to its minimal power setting, which may be the reason for your problems. You might consider turning off ULPS and boosting details or resolution. But why aim for 240 fps in LOL?
Did you reinstall the NVIDIA drivers after changing your cards? If not, use DDU at https://www.wagnardsoft.com/display-driv...taller-ddu and install the new ones. I suggest starting DDU in safe mode; you can enable it within DDU settings and then launch it once the safe mode prompt appears.
