He should try using DDU with the RTX 2060 drivers and see if it loads properly. For his i5 11400, make sure the system meets the minimum requirements for the game and consider checking compatibility lists on the manufacturer's site. Let him know to test different games first.

There is a decent chance that might work as that error is a driver error. Why don't you have him try DDU first and then ask again if it doesn't work

He mentioned another problem where Windows doesn’t recognize the card. In Task Manager, there’s no GPU option listed in the performance section, and the same applies to Settings—even though the system boots using that card.
