I've been testing this setup for a few days and beginning to suspect it might be faulty. I remain open to ideas. Hardware - Gigabyte B650M D3HP AX Processor, Ryzen 5 9600x RAM, 2 x 16GB kit, Silicon Power DDR5 6000 (confirmed compatible). Graphics - MSI Ventus GeForce RTX 4600 8GB, Corsair RM650 (650W). At first glance, the motherboard could need a BIOS update. The initial release bios didn't support the 9000 series, though I wasn't sure if it was included or not. Since I didn't know whether it came pre-upgraded, I didn't attempt a BIOS change at that time. Overall, the system powered on but showed no display output. No diagnostic screens appeared (though there should be DRAM and CPU indicators, which I haven't seen). It didn't include a built-in speaker, so I'm uncertain if it's faulty. Peripherals like the mouse and keyboard worked when plugged in, but not when connected to another machine. The fans ran continuously. Mouse light didn't activate, nor did the keyboard's lock lights. Testing with different cables (HDMI and DisplayPort) helped—two monitors worked, one was a TV using a long cable. RAM checks passed, everything was reset, and I restarted...still no output. Swapped RAM sticks, tried without the graphics card, used only one stick, and even with the onboard video, nothing happened. I attempted BIOS flashing via QFLASH, but it failed repeatedly—sometimes the LCD blinked briefly before stopping. Updated BIOS versions didn't improve things. According to the manual, a single RAM stick should be in slot A2, but it seems to be causing issues. I've reset the CMOS jumper after each change and tried to avoid changes, yet it keeps rebooting. I've made minimal connections—power switch, LED lights, HDD indicator—but nothing changed. It will occasionally restart at random. I'm puzzled by this behavior and don't know what might be causing it. Any suggestions would be appreciated?

It's possible the CPU isn't properly installed or has bent pins, leading to posting issues.

Attempted to reset the CPU, but no improvement was observed. Attached photos of the motherboard and processor are included. No visible damage detected, though it’s possible there’s an issue I’m unaware of. This is my first time experiencing physical processor damage.

Interesting possibilities exist—maybe a power issue? Consider removing the power cord from the back. Leave the power outlet on, then press and hold the computer power button for ten seconds. Reconnect and test again.

I'm also facing issues. I can attempt my old power supply, which is difficult since I need to remove it from my current computer. I won't be able to do that until this weekend. I don't think the problem is with the PS because it doesn't appear to shut down and I was able to update the BIOS.
