Hello, I've been facing frequent stuttering issues on my PC, particularly during gameplay. Even while watching videos, I notice occasional interruptions in sound and visuals. This has become quite bothersome, making it hard to enjoy any games. I realized DOCP wasn't turned on in my BIOS, so after re-enabling it the worst stuttering occurred. The system froze completely, and the background music became unrecognizable due to the heavy interruptions. It seems this problem also arises when DOCP is off, not just when usage is high. Even with low GPU/CPU load, it happens. I've updated my BIOS to the latest version (4802). I tried a clean Windows 11 installation (version 22H2), removed and reinstalled all drivers. My hardware includes a Ryzen 7 5800X, an Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS, an RX 6800XT, and a GIGABYTE VENGEANCE® LPX with 32GB DDR4 RAM at 3600MHz. The power supply unit is around 850W, but I don't recall its exact name.
