I've noticed a consistent drop in performance across different platforms. On Discord, ping stays around 20ms, but in Rocket League it's now between 400-600ms with stable latency. My download speeds have dropped to roughly 10% of what they were before. I'm unsure what caused this change since I was using the service normally until recently. I've made a few adjustments over the past week: last week I switched to a VPN (Surfshark) and speeds/ping stayed the same. Earlier this week, I upgraded to Windows 20H2 without any improvement. When I tried troubleshooting myself—restarting router, PC, disabling VPN and firewall—I still didn't see any fixes. My equipment includes a D-Link AC1750 router and a TP-Link AC1200 Archer T5E adapter. If anyone can assist, it would be really helpful as this issue is frustrating me now.

Do you experience slow downloads and delayed responses during a speed test? (Don’t worry if you’re unsure—searching for speed test results will bring up the official one)

Yes, when I connect to Google via CMD, the ping results match those in Rocket League, and the speed tests indicated I was receiving only about 10% of typical download speeds.
