Hello everyone! I'm facing some tricky issues with my computer. Whenever I attempt to write heavy data to its SSD, I keep encountering BSODs. The error messages vary each time—recently I saw things like IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, page fault, and system thread exceptions. It seems the problem started after a fresh Windows 10 22H2 installation. I've tested two different drives that work perfectly elsewhere: a Crucial P2 M2.2280 500GB and an older Kingston 120GB SSDnow300. The hardware specs are listed, but I'm not sure what might be causing these issues or what steps I should take next.

After some testing over the weekend, it appears this motherboard with the CPU only supports stock speeds up to 2133MHz. Additionally, all cores fail to function properly during a Prime95 benchmark, stopping after just two cores. Based on my online research, the issue might be linked to insufficient voltage on the CPU. Have you tried checking or adjusting the power supply? Updating the BIOS to version 4401 seems to have resolved the problem for you. Let me know if you need further guidance!

I'm getting close to disposing of this device... after swapping the flashy Corsair RAM for a quieter, slower 3200 MHz unit, it ran smoothly in Windows 10 at around 3000 MHz. I completed all updates and tested both Prime 95 and FurMark for two hours without any blue screens. When upgrading to Windows 11, I noticed it wasn't straightforward from Windows 10. I decided to switch over and, unfortunately, every attempt under Windows 11 led to a bluescreen right away—even at 2133 MHz. It seems something fundamental changed between the operating systems that’s causing such differences.
