Hi there. I increased my FX 4300 to 4.4 GHz (200x22) and after using Prime95 for roughly ten minutes, noticed the clock speeds fell from 4.4 GHz to 1.4 GHz while the VCore dropped from 1.44v to around 0.8v. Temperatures reached up to 56ºC. After turning off Cool 'n' Quit, the behavior stayed the same. I'm running the M5A78L-M LX board and haven't encountered any errors in Prime95. Anyone has any idea what could be causing this?

Have you deactivated any additional power-saving settings?

Sure, I think it's time to halt the overclocking... thanks!
