Rename the anti-cheat file in the game directory so it starts without issues. In the NVIDIA control panel, set the shader cash to "u limited." Also, on your first visit to the game, expect some stuttering due to shader compilation; the best approach is just to continue playing as it should improve over time.

I’d start with a fresh Windows setup to avoid problems from transferring an older version from one PC to another. Here’s what I observed: 1. Your CPU rating appears low compared to your system specs—your 10850K is only 700 points behind the 12900K, which seems inconsistent. 2. Your GPU score is also lower than expected; your 3080Ti scores higher than the 3090 (both Strix OC models), which doesn’t match. 3. According to TimeSpy, your RAM is only at 2660MHz, which is below the recommended range. Make sure to enable XMP in BIOS and consider switching to a Z690 chipset for better performance. Also, I’m curious about the reason you’re using 128GB of RAM.
