When I play a game and watch on my second screen, it freezes. It’s just Google that’s causing the issue, not the game itself. I’m confused because my PC has 32 GB of DDR4 RAM and a 5600 MHz processor.

Which GPU are you using? If Chrome is leveraging hardware acceleration (which is common), it will be competing for resources from your GPU. If that GPU is already operating at full capacity while playing the game, that’s the situation.
