I play online games all day, but sometimes my internet just stops for about 6 to 10 seconds. The game freezes right there and everyone else does too. I have a really good ping and changed my modem too. I used a wired connection which sounds better than wireless. But this is still happening on any PC or phone when it happens, no matter the device. I spent hours trying with client services and they say nothing can be done for me. Even though I tried sharing my mobile data to my PC using a hotspot to fix it, that worked perfectly! Please help me out of this trouble with my Ryzen 3900x, RTX 3080 TUF, X570 Aorus Master setup.
Whenever I play online games, my internet stops for six or ten seconds. The game freezes but it still runs fine because all players freeze too. I have a decent ping and I've changed my modem; I also have a wired connection. How can I fix this? The same thing happens on any game on any device—whether PC or phone—if the game freezes, everything disconnects from home. I spent hours and days talking to client services and they could not solve the problem. I tried sharing mobile data on my PC using a hotspot, but that solved the issue.
