Would you be willing to link it? I attempted the websites version or download options, but despite numerous troubleshooting steps, it didn’t work. I’ve never even heard of this game before, only learned about it from others. I’d like to have it available at my LAN.

Quality improvements include a larger inventory, a shareable stash among players, quicker movement in the city and during downtime, fresh enemies and content, new character classes, increased challenge, and a TCP-compatible network replacing the IPX one. Resolution is adjustable with widescreen support. It's a really nice modification.

You might also want to check out Path of Diablo or Median XL for a complete conversion mod in Diablo 2. Classic Doom could also be a good LAN game option. Running it with GZdoom and modifying it to play Brutal Doom would be fun.

I’ll need to experiment with those as well. It depends on the timing and whether it causes any problems, but it would certainly be a great way to add variety. I didn’t even think about how active a solid mod scene could be for Diablo.
