Hello, I’m facing an issue where I suddenly stutter during gameplay, which often leads to mistakes and even losses. I’ve been using MSI Afterburner to investigate, but it’s showing frame time spikes. I’ve tried some online tips like capping frames with RTSS, but nothing seems to resolve the problem. My system is fully updated—graphics driver and all other software are current. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

PC specs: i7-12700k, 32GB DDR5 RAM (2x16GB Dual Channel), RTX4070, ASRock Z790 Pro RS WiFi, Windows 11 Pro.

I had a friend facing the same problem—it was his NVMe drive for some reason tied to the generation type. I believe this might just be what you expect from modern games, since your PC setup should handle such performance without stutter or frame drops. Another possibility is background programs causing the issue; I didn’t encounter problems with Razer Snyaps and would crash games like Euro Truck and City Skylines.
