Hi all,
I'd like to hear from users running ultra wide set ups.
Currently I am running an 8700k with 1080ti, 27in 2560x1440p @ 165Hz.
Titles such as BF4 and PUBG I rarely see the frames dip with settings on ultra.
What kind of performance could be expected with say 34in 3440x1440p @ 100Hz with similar specs?
Also any opinions or experience regarding the everyday use with curved monitors especially CAD use would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Although I lack firsthand knowledge, the numerical data suggests a significant effect – a 33% increase in pixels for rendering within games will be noticeable. Visually compare the 4K and 1400p outcomes:

You can still achieve approximately 100 frames per second, though not all users will.
