Frame rate decreases or pauses intermittently specifically within Rocket League.
Recently, I began experiencing significant frame rate dips while playing Rocket League, although other games run smoothly. I typically limit my FPS to 144 in RL, yet the stuttering consistently reduces it to approximately 27 FPS, resulting in a half-second pause that severely impacts gameplay and prevents me from competing effectively. This issue predominantly occurs during online matches; I don’t encounter similar stutters in solo training or private games. However, as soon as I add another player to a private match, the stuttering begins. I've attempted numerous troubleshooting steps without success.

Do you have a wired connection using an Ethernet cable? If yes, please visit your motherboard's manufacturer’s site to obtain and install the most recent Local Area Network (LAN) driver. For wireless connections, download the newest Wi-Fi driver.
Is your 2600X system running at an increased clock speed?
What is the memory’s operating speed?
Completely reinstall the game, and attempt to connect via Ethernet cable. If you experiment with various solutions, you’ll likely discover the cause. A fresh Windows installation may resolve the issue, though I recognize this could be an unnecessary step.
There’s nothing further to consider beyond equipment and wireless problems.
I'm still experiencing the identical problem and haven’t been able to resolve it.
