DCS is the most noticeable case, but it appears in all games. It occurred after the latest Windows update. I attempted frame capping and updated the graphics driver. The BIOS hasn't been updated yet (concerning). ASUS TUF x570-PLUS with R7 5800x, 3070ti, 49GB RAM. It runs smoothly at the same speed as the manufacturer claims. Two 16GB and two 8GB modules. Anyone knows what it is called? How can I resolve this issue? I've experienced similar problems before but don't recall a solution.

Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
