During gameplay of most of my games, the performance drops significantly, often to just 1 frame per second. After that, it jumps back up and then slows again until it reaches normal speed. This cycle occurs roughly every five minutes. A hardware monitor shows the CPU usage at 0% during these drops. I've tried updating drivers, disabling shadowplay and game mode, but nothing resolved the issue. The problem seems consistent across different SSD types and my BIOS is current. My GPU also displays black patterns on the screen, possibly connected to the same issue. Any solution would be greatly appreciated.
