My computer details: i5 4670K, 8GB RAM at 1333MHz, GTX 1060 with 6GB memory, 120GB SSD, and a 1TB WD Blue drive. GPU utilization reaches 65% when running the game "Summer Car."

GTA V also exposes RAM leaks, making 8GB insufficient. A 16GB page file might assist, though the CPU limitations still pose significant challenges.
