It seems like your system might be struggling due to insufficient memory or VRAM. CPUs usually don’t cause bottlenecks unless you’re using very old hardware.

I don't understand what everyone else is discussing. It might be related to VSync. If you go a frame below your refresh rate, your frame rates will halve. Your GPU isn't very strong, so it will drop significantly under that rate. Disabling VSync can help.

It seems your graphics card in PayDay 2 and BO2 isn't performing well. Just tweak the settings, but Dying Light might be overloading it.
