Check your graphics settings to see if V-sync is affecting performance.
It seems like your system might be struggling due to insufficient memory or VRAM. CPUs usually don’t cause bottlenecks unless you’re using very old hardware.
Processor: Intel® Core i7-4790 at 3.60GHz
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750
Memory: 8.0 GB DDR3
Boot: MSI GAMING 5 Z97
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10586), 64-bit
Power supply: 800 volts
I don't understand what everyone else is discussing. It might be related to VSync. If you go a frame below your refresh rate, your frame rates will halve. Your GPU isn't very strong, so it will drop significantly under that rate. Disabling VSync can help.
I'm having trouble because I might experience screen tearing.
It seems your graphics card in PayDay 2 and BO2 isn't performing well. Just tweak the settings, but Dying Light might be overloading it.
