Microsoft no longer backs Windows 7. If I were you, I’d opt for Windows 10 Pro for just $15.

It's running Windows 7. It works well but isn't secure anymore. Avoid pairing it with software that doesn't support Windows 7. Switch to Windows 10 for better security and stability. If you prefer, Linux offers the most reliable option available.
