I'll opt for the capped 30 over 60, which falls to 45 and gets worse every day. You're on notice, Hitman.
I prefer higher specs and anything under that rating. That’s why I use a GTX980ti and run at 1920x1080.
It means you can still enjoy the game smoothly, completing tasks without lag even at 16 FPS. I tried playing DayZ at that speed and kept going for more than 20 hours with many player victories. It doesn’t look perfect, but it works.
