Approximately two to three weeks prior I experienced performance drops in games dependent on the GPU. Recently, I had to swap out my storage drives because they failed, hoping it was the reason but it isn’t. So far nothing is crashing; instead, FPS has dropped from 60+ to 5-10 frames per second across all titles. The issue started unexpectedly while playing a modded mod pack. I’ve tried it on several games—MC, OldSchool Runescape works well when shader packs are disabled (e.g., 117 HD). Enshourded, New World, Eternal Strands, The Isle, and Satisfactory are running smoothly. Balatro, Bejeweled 3, Lucky Hunter all function correctly. I attached a CSV from a stress test (see https://rtech.support/guides/hwinfo/). In Furmark, under the parameters listed in that guide, it was capping at 2-6 fps. The M.2 drive is brand new, so it came with a fresh Windows install. All drivers and Windows are current, as well as BIOS being the latest available. Everything except the PSU is less than a year old. To my knowledge, no crashes have occurred recently. My system specs are: Windows 11 Home 64-bit MEG X570 UNIFY (MS -7C35), BIOS version E7C35AMD AL1, newest, AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core 2x16GB G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series (Intel XMP) DDR4 3200MT/s XFX Speedster SWFT210 Radeon RX 7600XT, Crucial T500 2TB Gen4 NVMe M.2 750W PSU (generic, purchased from IBUYPower a few years back), StressTest2-7-25.CSV.
