Hey guys.
Here’s my current setup: r5 3600 (temperature max 75°C), rtx 2070 (max 68°C), 16GB RAM at 3000MHz, B450 Aorus Elite, Corsair RM650X.
My issue is that in certain games (like AC Origins and Fortnite) I’m experiencing frequent lag spikes when moving the mouse, and my CPU usage hits 100%. What could be causing this?
I’ve tried disabling fullscreen optimization, setting high priority for the app, and reinstalling drivers. Any other suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks.

Bios is the latest version (f60e), and the GPU was swapped since the old one was causing crashes. The previous card had the same issue, though it's a different model.
