Hi, I'm experiencing some issues with my PC while gaming over the past few months. It's been really frustrating for me. Sometimes the FPS drops to just 53 fps in certain games, while others run smoothly. The stable frame rate is around 60 fps, but then it suddenly falls to 53 fps without warning. This happens especially in Yakuza titles (Yakuza Kiwami 2, Yakuza 6, Yakuza LAD), as well as in Spongebob Rehydrated and Dragon Quest Builders 2. It doesn't matter if I adjust the settings; the drop still occurs. Other games like Call of Duty Cold War work fine without any issues, which is quite unusual.

I've tried using DDU with updated GPU drivers and Windows. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Specs:
RTX 3070
i510600K
16GB RAM
650W PSU Coolermaster
NVME SSD 1TB with 150GB free space (games installed on SSD)
3TB HDD
1080p Monitor at 144Hz
4K TV at 60Hz
Windows 10 21H build 19043.1110
Nvidia driver 466.77

Note: These games previously ran without problems, and my GPU and CPU temperatures are normal.

It seems like it's just the game itself, possibly an update or a Windows update. There are many variables going on these days. I don't think I'd be too concerned—53 FPS should still be fine to play.
