pc specifications: cpu - amd ryzen 3 3100 motherboard: b450m ds3h gpu - gygabyte 770 windforce 2gb issue: i'm using a 60hz monitor and my system limits fps to 60 for an unknown reason. i'm not sure if this is normal behavior, but i had screen tearing problems fixed before. now fps is capped too. i've tried all possible fixes so far without success. additionally, vsync is disabled in nvidia control panel, max fps is set to 1000, yet the issue persists. anyone have any advice? lmk

Could it be the limit of what your device can do?

It seems similar to VSync too. Are these settings disabled in each game you're using? Probably, each title has its own VSync setting. Also, which games require 1000 FPS even on a 60Hz display?

I've achieved higher FPS than before, more than doubling it.
