I've begun playing Rust with my friend, but my FPS remains very low regardless of whether I set the graphics to high or low. It stays around 40-60 FPS no matter the settings. I've checked everything on YouTube, but I'm still struggling.

Checking CPU and GPU temperatures along with usage during the game. Also verifying RAM and SSD consumption.
