I've experienced significant FPS drops when playing a YouTube video on my second monitor. For example, the game drops from 140 fps in CSGO to under 60 fps. (Hardware acceleration is turned off in Chrome) I feel like my system isn't performing as well as it should be. Here are screenshots from CPU-Z and OpenHardWare while playing Battlefield 1.

I recently overclocked my CPU from 3.2 GHz to 3.6 GHz, but I'm not very experienced with this process. Could anyone suggest whether I can improve performance further? Also, any advice on preventing FPS drops while watching YouTube videos (I believe HTML5 should handle it well).
I'd appreciate any extra details and thank you in advance for your support.

there is a comparable slowdown in fps during YouTube viewing, but it's due to the limitations of an older CPU.
