I constructed my initial PC (https://pcpartpicker.com/user/NoahVale/saved/6Bmt3C) some time ago and have been really happy with it. However, when I play Minecraft or Tiny Tina's Wonderland, the frame rate drops to around 90 FPS at best. It seems this setup should handle better performance, particularly in Minecraft. Could you have any tips on optimizing your machine for smoother gameplay? Appreciate it!

It seems to be a Minecraft issue; consider using OptiFine and increasing RAM. This might improve performance. The suggested video could guide you through adjusting memory settings. Don’t worry, I don’t know if you’ve played it before. Are you having trouble with any other games?

Windows is configured for top performance with RAM using XMP settings, drivers are freshly installed, and no resource-heavy software or malware is present. Expect significantly improved FPS in Minecraft at 1080p, potentially reaching hundreds.

I adjusted the settings to top performance and noticed a significant boost in FPS. It’s definitely worth the price of the 3070 compared to what I was getting earlier. Thanks!
