I own a top-tier PC but still experience low FPS. At 500, it drops to 250 during movement and 150 in fights—what’s happening?

I have an RTX 4070 Ti Super with an i7-14700K and a 32GB DDR5 1920x1080 monitor, and it works perfectly at 240Hz. Instant replay is smooth!
