FPS Is low

Hey everyone.
Lately I've been playing Cod Warzone at around 80 FPS, but not always consistently. About a month ago I was seeing 120-140 FPS, probably because of the updates. I think it's related to the updates, though I'm not sure.
My graphics card is updated, and in GEFORCE it's running smoothly.
I'm using 2K resolution on a Dell S2716DG that supports 144.
My CPU is an Intel i5-9600K OC to around 4.4 GHz.
The GPU is an RTX 2070, with 16GB RAM and a NZXT KRAKEN X51 cooler.
When I play, the CPU usage is nearly at 100%.
Do you know anything I can try?

Originally designed for Ryzen but appears to work with Intel too.
Using the userbenchmark tool shows that running an older BIOS would be beneficial as well.
Updating the BIOS is recommended.
Also, RAM operates at 2400MHz when rated for 2933; enabling XMP after the BIOS update will optimize performance.

What are the cpu and gpu temperatures during gameplay? Are other games functioning well? Can you run userbenchmark and provide the public link to the results? I would also consider removing the gpu driver using DDU and then reinstalling the latest version.

Getting near maximum on CPU but limited on GPU is common. The benchmark shows scores around 65-70 for CPU and 50-60 for GPU. The link provided appears to be a user-run test result.
