Purchase the HP 6470B online and install it. Aim for 50 frames per second. Your previous experience in World of Warships showed 20 FPS; pricing should be around $150. It’s possible RAM is low—check if you can buy more or upgrade to a 32-bit version to free up memory. Consider adding an SSD to improve pagefiling performance. Edited June 8, 2018 by GoldenLag

With the setup you mentioned—64MB VRAM, 2GB RAM, and a 2.6GHz processor—there’s no way to boost frame rate beyond upgrading the hardware itself.

You might experiment with the configuration files to reduce GPU strain, but a fresh PC may be necessary if you can't run CS.
