Around 130 at that same setting using a 5800x/3090, everything at maximum. I believe a 2070 would sound just right.
I run an i5 10400f and a 2060, streaming at 1440p. I use a mix of medium and high settings, usually around 120 fps indoors and dropping to about 80 fps during intense fights with lots of enemies or effects. I’m not sure if this improves anything.
Often the problem lies in players using medium settings without realizing certain options are quite intensive. They usually test what they can achieve at 60fps and tweak later for tougher sections. Personally, I start by checking the settings to see what performance I can get, then adjust as needed. Setting everything to maximum works fine most of the time.
