The game performance varies depending on the mode you're using. In campaign mode, I consistently get smooth 60 FPS with no issues. However, during multiplayer sessions, I frequently experience significant frame drops—sometimes 60 to 30 FPS at the start, then recovering to around 20 or 30. It's frustrating. My system specs are an Intel i5-7400, MSI GTX 970 graphics card, 16GB DDR4 RAM, and the game runs on an SSD.

It seems there have been recent issues with stuttering after the last update.

It has been playing nonstop ever since I started. I got the game about three weeks ago because of a discount...

The latest DLC came out roughly three weeks ago, which might explain the timing. I’d suggest tweaking a few settings and checking the results.

I’d check that your RAM is functioning properly. Multiplayer requires around 16 GB, so an 8 GB stick might lead to lag and dropping FPS. Another option is video RAM. The 970 includes about 3.5 GB, which could be fully used in certain maps.
