The game has finished by day, I limited my fps to 75 and everything was fine yesterday—perfect frame rate about 99.99% of the time, giving me plenty of room for the GPU. Now it's having trouble hitting that level even though uncapped fps is near 90. I tried logging the frame rate, but somehow the cap appears when recording starts? I'm really puzzled; maybe it had to do with shader caching or something similar, but after some thought it doesn't make sense. It also doesn't seem to be connected to anything else.

I limited the frame rate using Rivatuner and it appears to be improving.

Rive tuner offers a higher frame rate limit. I set it to cap at 163 fps.

It functioned properly before, but I'm curious about what caused the control panel to behave strangely.

You're playing Windows 10 or 11. I've discovered that the driver works for your games, but the control panel is a bit tricky to open in Windows 11. Usually I just restart the PC to fix that. Also, do you have V-Sync enabled? What kind of monitor are you using?

Result is positive, monitor isn't related. VSync disabled.
