Sorry for my poor English
i7-3770
1060 3GB
10GB RAM
Attempting to play at 1080p
Currently I really enjoy playing Miles Morales, I see the game’s requirements, okay my PC can manage it, at least the minimum is fine
It's acceptable for now, around 30 - 50 FPS depending on location and environment
But suddenly it becomes very laggy, even just moving the mouse, FPS drops to 0 - 10 FPS, it keeps happening
I checked all my hardware, no overheating, everything is clean
GPU: 83 Max
CPU: Just barely above 80
I’ve tried many games, RDR2 for example, it runs smoothly with different mix settings, some low, medium and high, RDR2 gave stable FPS
It happens with my BF2042 too! even at 720p!!!
When the battlefield becomes chaotic, the game’s FPS drops randomly to 0 like in Miles Morales
What’s wrong with my PC?

The SSD is quite full, with a significant amount of RAM already in use.

SSD: 208GB available from 475GB
Memory consumption during gameplay: approximately 8GB
Never launch any background applications; always close them prior to gaming since they can slow down the system.

It Solved!
But only for Miles Morales,
if anyone reads this and has the same PC specs as mine,
Disable Upscale Method
Disable Dynamic Resolution Scaling
Disable Nvidia Reflex Low Latency
I wasn't expecting it, but it increased my FPS and kept them stable compared to when it was off.
Unless Miles walks on the road, the FPS would drop due to the environment,
but at least it's now consistent and provides more FPS.
